Refund policy

Oxymed is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your product, you may return it to us for a replacement or account credit, subject to the terms outlined below. This Return Policy is applicable to products purchased from Oxymed.

This Policy is an integral part of the Oxymed Terms and Conditions, and terms defined in the Terms and Conditions retain the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context suggests otherwise. The provisions of this Policy do not intend to restrict your statutory rights in any manner.

To initiate a return, please email info@oxymed.co.za to obtain an RA# for your return. Our customer service will send you a Return and Exchange Form, which must be completed and returned with the merchandise.

Unwanted products:

  • You can return an unwanted product at no charge if it meets the following conditions:
    • Undamaged and unused, with original labels and stickers still attached.
    • In the original packaging, undamaged and in its original condition with all seals intact (if applicable).
    • You request a return within 7 days of delivery or collection. After 7 days, returns are accepted only for defective products. Send your return request to info@oxymed.co.za.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the unwanted product is damaged, not in resalable condition, or missing accessories.
  • We will collect the product from you at no charge. After inspection and validation, we will credit your account within 8 days of the return or refund you if preferred. Please note that refunds may take 1-4 working days to reflect in your account.

Exchange:

  • All products except safety masks can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, subject to availability and the same price as the originally purchased product.
  • We will collect the product from you and deliver the requested product at no charge if available immediately. If not, we will credit your account within 8 days of logging the return. Refunds may take 1-4 working days to reflect in your account.
  • We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your return.

Not what you ordered?

  • If we deliver the wrong product or if the product is not as described on the website, please notify us. We will collect the product from you at no charge.
  • After inspection and validation, we will either deliver the correct product to you or credit your account within 8 days of the return. Refunds may take 1-4 working days to reflect in your account.

Products damaged on delivery:

  • If a product is damaged at the time of delivery, notify us within 5 days by emailing info@oxymed.co.za.
  • We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge.
  • After inspection and validation, we will repair/replace the product if possible or credit your account within 8 days. Refunds may take 1-4 working days to reflect in your account.

Defective products:

  • Notify us within 14 days of discovering a defect by emailing info@oxymed.co.za.
  • We will arrange to collect the defective product at no charge.
  • After inspection and validation, we will repair/replace the product if possible or credit your account within 8 days. Refunds may take 1-4 working days to reflect in your account.

Please ensure suitable packaging for returning the product, including all accessories sold with the defective item. Our courier reserves the right to refuse collection if the product is not properly packaged.

Charges:

  • If you fail to return all accessories sold with a defective product, we reserve the right (subject to applicable law) to replace the returned item or estimate the value of the missing accessories and credit or refund accordingly.
  • If a returned product does not comply with this Policy, you may be liable for the cost of collecting and returning the product to you. We reserve the right to charge a 10% administration fee for returned orders if the returns process incurs significant administration expenses.
