The ResHope X3 Auto CPAP is a modern automatic positive airway pressure device designed to provide comfortable and effective therapy for people with obstructive sleep apnoea. It supports both CPAP and Auto CPAP (APAP) modes, with a therapy pressure range of 4–20 cmH₂O.

Its intelligent APAP technology automatically adjusts pressure throughout the night according to the user's breathing requirements, helping maintain effective therapy while avoiding unnecessarily high pressure. Comfort features include expiratory pressure relief, a ramp function, and automatic start/stop, making the device easy to use for both new and experienced CPAP users.

The X3 also features an integrated heated humidifier to help reduce dryness and irritation, along with a clear colour display and simple controls for easier nightly operation. It records therapy information for compliance monitoring and is compatible with standard 22 mm CPAP masks and tubing.

Its compact design and universal 100–240V power supply make it suitable for everyday home use as well as travel.
